Monichino Wines take great care to ensure your delivery arrives correctly packed and undamaged. If you have any concerns, broken bottles, incorrectly packed items or wines considered to be corked or oxidized please contact us immediately so we can rectify the situation.

This may include having your delivery picked up or returned to Monichino Wines and a replacement order sent or a total refund of any amount paid.

Should you wish to cancel a transaction, return your purchase or request a refund please contact us at your earliest convenience so your request can be carried out promptly.
