End of Vintage Dinner

With guest speaker Carlo Monichino, the Patriarch of Monichino wines.
After such a successful evening with a Toast to our Ancestry dinner and by popular demand we will be entertained by Carlo Monichino, his amusing stories of his journey to Australia from Piemonte and his first experience of the Australian culture.
Experience the beautiful Italian cuisine by Francesca, one of our celebrated Chefs of the Murray. She will be featuring some traditional Italian dishes using the locally grown produce of the Moira Shire.
Terry Monichino will be showcasing the exciting new varietals and Anna will be selecting the wines to match each dish. Our guests will dine amongst the wine barrels and the rich nostalgic aromas of past vintages. Cost will be $80 for the Italian banquet with matching Monichino wines.
